All Book Jewelers pieces are delivered in premium packaging, perfect for gifting. For special occasions, you can select “Gift Packaging” at checkout to include a personalized note.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your tracking link shows no updates or your package appears lost, please contact us at Info@bookjewelers.com and we’ll assist you right away.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of purchase at Info@bookjewelers.com.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Return Portal to initiate your return.
How do I start a return?

How do I return an order placed through Instagram or TikTok Shop?
Orders placed through social channels must be returned directly within that app’s return system.
