Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $250 (after discounts, before taxes).
For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply at checkout.
Every Book Jewelers piece is packaged in our signature presentation box and handled with care. Unless another option is selected, domestic orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. During collection launches or peak seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST ship the following business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
Pre-Order Items
Select pieces marked “Pre-Order” are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for fulfillment and delivery from the date of purchase.
Pre-Order items are final sale and eligible for store credit only.
Once your Pre-Order is received, you may request store credit through our Return Portal within 30 days of delivery.
If your order includes both in-stock and Pre-Order items, shipments may be split to avoid delay.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Book Jewelers accepts returns of unworn, unaltered jewelry in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
All pieces must be in perfect, saleable condition and accompanied by their original box, pouch, and certificate of authenticity (if applicable).
Exclusions:

Custom, engraved, or personalized items

Resized, modified, or worn jewelry

Limited-edition or collaboration releases
 - 
Final sale or clearance items
 - 
Pre-Order items — eligible for store credit only; no refunds or exchanges will be issued
 
High-Value Purchases
For jewelry valued over $25,000, returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not issued for merchandise above this value due to verification and authentication requirements.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gift recipients may receive a Book Jewelers digital gift card for the refund amount.
How to Return or Request Store Credit

Online Purchases
Visit our Return Portal to begin your return or store-credit request. You’ll receive a prepaid return label to drop off at any UPS or FedEx location. - 
In-Person Returns (by appointment only)
Returns may also be made at an authorized Book Jewelers Client Suite.
Please bring your receipt and original packaging. - 
Mail-In Returns
- 
Repackage your item securely in its original box and pouch.
 - 
Include the return form and any certificates or paperwork.
 - 
Ship using the return label provided by Book Jewelers.

Book Jewelers is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit that were not shipped using our provided return label.
